Guarantee of a lawful and secure processing of personal data

If you wish to exercise your right of access, JNS Motors will comply within one (1) month after receiving the request. You can exercise your right to rectification by providing an additional statement to JNS Motors. JNS Motors will comply within one (1) month after receiving the additional statement.

You also have the right to have your personal data erased without unreasonable delay. You can only exercise this right to be forgotten in the following cases:

2. When the personal data were collected based on obtained consent and no other legal basis exists for the processing;

Right to restriction of/objection to the processing of your personal data
User has the right to obtain restriction of the processing of your personal data:
1. During the period JNS Motors needs to verify the accuracy of the personal data, in case of dispute;
2. When the data processing is unlawful and User requests a restriction of the processing instead of the erasure of the personal data;
3. When JNS Motors no longer needs the personal data for the processing purposes, but User needs the personal data for a legal claim;
4. During the period JNS Motors needs to assess the presence of the grounds for erasing personal data.
  
  User also has the right to object to the processing of his personal data at any time. JNS Motors will then cease processing your personal data, unless JNS Motors can provide compelling legitimate grounds for the processing of your personal data that outweigh User's right to object.
  
  If User wishes to exercise these rights, JNS Motors will comply within one (1) month after receiving the request. The request is made by registered mail or by sending an email to info@jnsmotors.be.
Right to data portability
The User has the right to receive the personal data provided to JNS Motors in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. Additionally, the User has the right to transmit these personal data to another controller where the processing is based solely on the User's consent.
If the User wishes to exercise this right, JNS Motors will comply within one (1) month after receiving the request. The request must be made by registered mail or by sending an email to info@jnsmotors.be.
Right to withdraw my consent/right to file a complaint
User has the right to withdraw their consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. Additionally, User has the right to file a complaint regarding the processing of their personal data by JNS Motors with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
